florida international university is a hispanic seving school? are people of different backgrounds allowed to atten this school?

2. It may sound like a stupid question to some people, but yes they do allow other racial backgrounds to attend. There is a school near where I live that really focuses on serving the African American population, but anyone who wants to go is allowed.
