Out of season flights to Florida from Northeast?
Hey! I'm looking at grad schools and houses in Florida and I would like to visit Florida to check out the schools/houses in the areas of Orlando and Lakeland. I was wondering when the best time of the year is to get cheap flights to Florida. I know my parents often get flights for 70-80$$. Help! Thanks!

- Try www.jetblue.com
- You have to check often. Most airlines, the flights are cheaper on a Tuesday or Wednesday, so I would try to travel on those days. Check many sites, not only Travelocity or Expedia, but Priceline, or go directly to your favorite airline's site. Good luck. PS I am from Rhode Island! So that is in the Northeast!
- Last year my sister visited me here in Orlando by flying Southwest July 4th weekend for $105 (including tax). She flew from Hartford to Orlando. Just keep checking fares and be flexible with times. Usually cheaper flights are had by flying to Orlando in the evening and leaving in the morning.
