Me and 9 of my friends are going to Orlando, Florida for 2 weeks, and we definately want to make a trip to Daytona Beach. Now, renting a car seems like a great option. Oops, we are all aged 19 and 20... not old enough to rent a car. There is one or two companies that offer vehicles to 18+, but being from Canada, and also being broke, the ridiculous surcharges that we would have to pay make it not worth it. We would probably have to rent 2 seperate vehicles too as they would not allow us to rent a 10 passenger van. So we have scratched renting a vehicle. Is there any good shuttle services in Orlando that offer a 10 passenger van service from Disney Property to Daytona Beach, how does it work, when should we book it, and who should we contact about doing this. Do we simply pay for the ride + gratuity, or would there be other fees involved? Any other options that keep the cost low would be helpful. There is 10 of us and we are at Disney's Pop Century Resort.

Has anyone snorkeled at Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach? On my previous question I asked which beach I should go to while at Disney. Most people recommended Daytona or Cocoa beach. Has anyone snorkeled at either beach? If so, which one do you think has more fish to see?

Is the Daytona Beach area a safe place to live? Just wondering how the crime is there, are the suburbs(if there are any) better than the town itself? I live in Lakeland now and can't stand the area and want to move somewhere more "upscale", but still affordable as well.

What is the best time to visit Daytona beach for spring break? I would like to go on a weekend but I want to make sure I go when the hottest parties are. Thanks!

Free Clothes for baby in daytona beach? I am looking to find out where i can get free baby clothes in daytona beach, I need sizes 6-9 months and 18-2T girl clothes. I have no money to buy any and have very few. Ive tried local churches, craigslist, and freecycle....anyone know of any alternitves? I cant travel far, im sharing transportation.. thanks!
